If your profession is not included in the above list, check if you qualify for the starost's information exemption under the following conditions:
You do not need the starosta's information if you are:
- a citizen of Ukraine and you are staying in Poland legally,
- student of full-time studies at a Polish university,
- a graduate of full-time higher education studies at a Polish university,
- a graduate of a secondary school completed in Poland,
- a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, who performs work on the basis of declarations on entrusting work with the same employer, in the same position, for a period of min. 3 months immediately before submitting the application for temporary residence and work, on the basis of an employment contract and under the conditions specified in this declaration (does not apply to seasonal work),
- continuously and legally in Poland for at least 3 years before submitting the application,
- a graduate of a Polish university or another country in the area EOG or the Swiss Confederation and you completed these studies within 3 years preceding the application,
and submit documents confirming the above circumstances,
love:
-
immediately before submitting the application, you had a work permit or a temporary residence and work permit with the same employer in the same position, or you obtained a work permit or a temporary residence and work permit with the same employer in the same position after submitting the application and you hold it on the day of adjudication on granting a temporary residence and work permit
- you have Pole's Card,
or you will work as:
- domestic help or you will perform nursing and care work for natural persons in the household,

a sports coach or an athlete who works for sports clubs and other entities whose statutory activities include the promotion of physical culture and sport,
