The formal assessment of the application is the initial stage of the entire procedure, then we check the documents you have submitted. If your application contains formal deficiencies, we will send you a letter to supplement them and set a deadline by which you will be able to complete them. If you do not complete the documents you will be asked for, your application will not be considered - it will stay left unrecognized. If your application does not contain any formal defects or you complete them, the documents you submit will be verified in terms of the possibility of granting a residence permit in Poland.
