Every fourth letter sent by the Department of Foreigners' Affairs is returned to the office due to non-delivery or non-collection. This amounts to approximately 3,5 thousand documents per month. This extends the time it takes to issue a decision. Don't let this happen. Are you a foreigner? Have you changed your address? Inform them about it.

2 thousand documents. This is how many documents reach the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw every day, which are registered, sorted and transferred to the appropriate case files. Many of them are described incorrectly, which causes difficulties in identifying the case to which they are to be attached. This extends the time it takes to issue a decision. To streamline the process, attach a cover letter to the letters (deficiencies) you send, thanks to which the documents will be attached to the inPOL system and the case files faster.
