In order to participate in the Academic Information Saturday, you must register for it. The registration form will be launched on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 12:00 and will be available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 until the limit of available places is filled. What and when?
On Saturday, March 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m., the Academic Information Saturday will be held at the Department of Foreigners' Affairs of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw at 3/5 Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw.
For whom?
The event is dedicated to foreigners - students and those conducting scientific research. If you are a student of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies or you conduct scientific research and want to legalize your stay in Poland, on March 22, 2025, at the Department of Foreigners' Affairs, you will be able to complete all formalities after prior registration!
What will you get?
During the Academic Information Saturday, after registering in advance, you will be able to:
- submit an application to legalize your stay,
- collect your residence card,
- fill in the formal and material gaps,
- get a stamp in your passport,
- obtain information about your case or about legalizing your stay in Poland,
- take part in a specially prepared lecture.
This will be an opportunity to listen to a lecture on the legalization of stay in Poland in connection with studies undertaken, as well as the opportunity to ask questions. The lecture will be conducted in Polish. We do not provide the presence of language interpreters (we ask foreigners to provide themselves with help in translating from Polish into a language they understand).
