Permanent residence permit in Poland - be sure to fill out the application in the MOS Case Management Module system - it will be needed when submitting the application to the Office

From January 2025, when submitting an application for a permanent residence permit at ul. Krucza 5 in Warsaw, the Office employee will ask you to submit a completed and printed application MOS system and so far with inPOL Foreigner Portal 

Why is this so important?

Because it will significantly improve and speed up the acceptance of the application.

How to properly complete an application in the MOS system?

Before you start filling out the online application, please read the information on the most common errors available on the MOS website in the section: "Avoid mistakes" (Click to go to the "Most Common Mistakes" tab).

Be sure to remember!

  • Completing and approving an online application does not constitute its actual submission.
  • a correctly completed application is complete only when it is handwritten by the person authorized to submit it.
  • After completing the application in MOS and in the inPOL Foreigner Portal, submit the application online in MOS, print the completed applications in both systems, and then sign them. Present the applications prepared in this way, together with the attachments, during the scheduled visit to the Office.

How do I book an appointment?

You can only make an appointment after filling out the application form. inPOL Foreigner Portal

New appointment times are available every day, so if there are no appointments available today, try tomorrow. It is worth submitting a fully completed application in person, as this will significantly streamline the procedure for legalizing your stay.

If you do not have this possibility, please submit your application in another accessible way:

- at the registration office at the headquarters of the Department of Foreigners' Affairs, street Marszałkowska 3/5, Warsaw (stand 8)

Documents submitted to the Registry Office are not verified and are not certified as true copies of the original.

WSC customers are served only on the basis of a number obtained from a ticket machine or an online visit reservation.

there is a daily limit - 100 numbers issued by the ticket machine for number C - correspondence submitted in person to the Department of Foreigners' Affairs. You can submit up to 8 cases per number.

Online reservations for visits are available on the website www.e-uslugi.mazowieckie.pl . From September this year Online visits for number C can be scheduled every 15 minutes. Up to 8 cases can be submitted during one visit.

Remember that an application submitted in another available way must also be completed and printed from the MOS system and the inPOL Foreigner Portal.

Submit your application no later than the last day of your legal stay in Poland.
