• case number,

Remember! Please submit documents for submitted applications only after the office has assigned a case number, which you will receive via text message or e-mail.
If you have not received a case number within 8 weeks of submitting your application, please contact us via the contact form with the following details:
• inPOL application ID, MOS application ID,
• name and surname of the foreigner,
• date of birth,
• type of case,
• date of submission of the application.

Use the sample letters available on our website in the tab https://migrant.wsc.mazowieckie.pl/pl/pliki-do-pobrania/327

Why is it important?
The above solution will speed up the identification of case documents and the distribution of documents within the Department.

What do you need to remember?
If you attach documents to several cases in one document sent electronically, be sure to indicate all case references and data of foreigners in the title, and name the attached files with the appropriate reference numbers or the name and surname of the foreigner.
