Registration for submitting an application for temporary residence will be conducted through the reservation calendar on the inPOL Foreigner Portal. These changes will be effective from April 14, 2025.
The change in the form of registration applies to temporary residence applications.
To book a visit to apply for a temporary stay, it is necessary to fill out an application in the system inPOL.
After completing the application on the inPOL Portal, you will see 3 available queues in 3 locations in Warsaw:
- Line X - Marszałkowska 3/5,
- Queue G - Bankowy Square 3/5, entrance G,
- Train F - Al. Jerozolimskie 28.
New appointment times will become available between 8am-10am each day, so if there are no more appointment times available, please try again the next day.
It is worth submitting a fully completed application in person, as this will significantly streamline the procedure for legalizing your stay in Poland.
