We are working on improving the service for foreigners and streamlining and optimizing processes related to the legalization of stay of third-country nationals, and we are improving our competences in serving foreigners. And we are implementing all these goals in the Department of Foreigners' Affairs thanks to the project "Foreigner in Mazovia", which is co-financed from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
Since the signing of the financial agreement on project no. FAMI.8-IZ.2024-02.01/00 by the Mazovian Voivode on May 0013, 24, we have been working on:
- modernization of the infrastructure serving foreigners,
- modernization and development of the inPOL IT system dedicated in Mazovia to handling cases and systems streamlining and optimizing the process,
- ensuring the continuity of the modern Migrant Contact Center hotline by employing 10 consultants to provide information to third-country nationals and organizing Information Saturdays,
- capacity building by providing training for staff in the area of legal migration, intercultural and non-discrimination and exchanging good practices at national and international level,
- information campaigns in various languages to disseminate knowledge about the rules of entry and stay.
The project time frame is: 1.05.2024/31.12.2029/XNUMX – XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX.
The total project budget is PLN 27, and the FAMI contribution is PLN 202.
