Why is this so important?
You will get the case number and code faster, which will allow you to assign the case to your account in the inPOL system. Thanks to this, you will be able to track the status of the case. You will receive the code via SMS.
The inPOL system has been integrated with the MOS Portal to accelerate application registration.
Applications submitted and generated from the MOS system will first be assigned a case reference number.
Link to the MOS system: Case Management Module is available at mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl.
To apply with MOS you must:
after completing and approving it on the portal - print it out and sign it by hand (along with application attachments - if required).
You can fill out the application in MOS in an intuitive wizard and you can use contextual help, which has been translated into foreign languages. The wizard protects against leaving empty fields when filling out the applications. Filling out the application is also made easier by drop-down lists. The website is available in seven language versions: Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian, French, Vietnamese and Arabic.
On the MOS Portal you can also, among other things: check your residence possibilities in Poland, find information on procedures for entry, stay and departure of foreigners from Poland, read the guide describing the most common mistakes and watch instructional videos.
Stay in Poland legally. Act wisely – don't be fooled!
