In situations specified by regulations, e.g. if you are staying in Poland illegally, i.e. without a valid one passport and/ or visas or if you have exceeded the permitted period of stay under visa-free travel The Border Guard will oblige you to leave the territory of Poland. This commitment is in the form of a decision you can choose to make cancel. After receiving the decision on the obligation to leave Poland, you will not be able to come again for the period specified in the decision.
