Full or limited access to the labor market in Poland depends on the document you have that allows you to stay in Poland. If you have visa with the right to work, you can work on the basis of a registered one declarations on entrusting work or important work permits. The conditions of performing work must coincide with the conditions set out in your permits, i.e. employer, position, amount of remuneration, type of contract under which you work, working time. If you have temporary residence and work permit, then you can perform work under the conditions specified in this permit. In certain cases, you can apply for change of permit. If you have temporary residence and work permit, in which there are no specified terms of employment or a specific one employer this means that you have free access to the labor market and can work anywhere. Other permits that allow full, unrestricted access to the labor market are: temporary residence permit for family members, temporary residence permit due to studies, permanent residence permit, long-term resident's EU residence permit.
