The form of running a company, enterprise owned by a natural person or a civil law partnership after the entity is registered in Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity, in short CEiDG. Form of conducting business activity possible for foreigners with a specific document confirming the right of residence (residence title).

The receiving entity is a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which the law grants legal personality and which is, in particular, a branch or representative office of the parent employer established outside the European Union or belongs to the same group of enterprises as the parent employer. The host entity where the foreigner will perform work in the territory of Poland submits an application for temporary residence in order to benefit from long-term mobility and an application for intra-corporate transfer. The host entity is a party to such proceedings. The application is considered by the voivode competent for the seat of the host entity in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
