All you have to do is write that the suspended proceedings may be resumed. if you have changed your mailing address, please let us know. You have 3 years to submit an application to take proceedings. The term is counted from the date suspension of the proceedings. If you do not do this, we will assume that you withdraw your application and the proceedings will be terminated.
