A sworn translator is a person who has the right to practice as a sworn translator confirmed by a certificate issued by the Polish Minister of Justice. A Polish sworn translator prepares and certifies translations from a foreign language into Polish and from Polish into a foreign language, and also checks and certifies translations prepared by other persons. He also does interpreting.

A UK citizen can prove his citizenship in several ways. This is because they can be obtained in several ways, i.e. through birth, descent, registration or naturalization. The list below presents a catalog of accepted proofs of citizenship prepared by the Office for Foreigners in consultation with the Home Office:
British citizens (excluding those from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man (the Channel Islands and Isle of Man):
British frontier worker (frontier worker) - a citizen of the United Kingdom who, before December 31, 2020, performed work or conducted other gainful activity in his own name and on his own account in the territory of the Republic of Poland and was not subject to the obligation to register his stay (no residence in this territory) and after that date still performs work or carries out such activities in this territory and at the same time does not reside there.
Citizen of the UK and/ or family member of a UK citizenwhich based on Withdrawal Agreements, after the end of the transition period, will have the right to stay in Poland, in principle, under the existing conditions, if:
– used the right of residence in Poland in accordance with EU law before the end of the transition period (this also applies to UK citizens who entered Poland after the Brexit date and before the end of the transition period);
– still lives in Poland.
A family member of a UK citizen means the following persons, regardless of nationality:

They will confirm the use of the rights beneficiary of the Withdrawal Agreement when crossing borders and while staying in Poland.
The documents will contain a note referring to the Withdrawal Agreement: "Art. 50 TEU, Art. 18 par. 4 of the Withdrawal Agreement”.
Citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom national) means a citizen of the United Kingdom within the meaning of the declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of 31 December 1982 on the definition of the term "citizens" (Journal of Laws EU C 23 of 28.01.1983, p. 1) and declaration no. 63 of the Intergovernmental Conference attached to the Final Act, which adopted the Treaty of Lisbon amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community, signed on December 13, 2007 (Official Journal
