You can work provided that you were entitled to work immediately before submitting the application - i.e. you had a temporary residence and work permit or a work permit, and after submitting the application you will work under the conditions that were indicated in your permit.
If you did not have the right to work in Poland before submitting the application, you will be able to work provided that you obtain a work permit or a declaration of entrusting work.
