If you are repeating a year, we may refuse to issue a permit due to lack of academic progress. During the proceedings, we will check why you are repeating the year, e.g. whether you attended classes regularly, whether you took exams. Each case is considered individually. If you submitted your application after April 27.04.2019, XNUMX. we will check your learning progress every semester, even after issuing a temporary residence permit. If you are a full-time student and you work, we may refuse the permit if there are doubts as to the credibility of the declared purpose of stay in Poland. The assessment of such a situation will depend, for example, on the number of working hours and days on which it is performed in relation to the study schedule. When submitting an application for temporary residence in Poland, always state the main purpose of your stay in Poland - if work during your studies is the main purpose of your stay, you should apply for uniform permit for temporary residence and work.
