In the case of ending legal stay, in order to meet the deadline, please fill out w inPOL Foreigner Portal application, its generation and sending by post to the address of ul. Marszałkowska 3/5, Department of Foreigners' Affairs, 00-624 Warsaw. Remember to attach to the application a set of required documents confirming your purpose of stay.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of pending cases, a case sent by post will be processed longer. Therefore, we encourage you to book appointments via the inPOL system. Remember that after setting up an account in the inPOL system, you will be able to check the status of your case on an ongoing basis.
