What to do to get a residence card?

We issue a residence card after granting a temporary residence permit, a permanent residence permit, a long-term resident's EU residence permit, and a residence permit for humanitarian reasons. In order to obtain a residence card, one should apply for one of the above-mentioned residence permits. Before submitting the application, make sure that you are entitled to obtain the requested permit.
