NO. With a residence card obtained in Poland, you can go to another Schengen country for tourist purposes or for visits, and only for 90 days in a period of 180 days. Check the detailed regulations on taking up employment in the country you intend to go to - e.g. contact the Consulate/Embassy of that country.

A residence card issued by Poland does not entitle to entry to countries outside the Schengen area. Great Britain is not a member of the Schengen area, so the Polish residence card does not entitle you to enter the territory of Great Britain. To be able to enter the UK, you must first obtain a UK visa - contact British Embassy in Warsaw.

If you have a Polish residence card, you can travel without a visa on the territory of other Member States of the area a Schengen for a period not exceeding 90 days in any 180-day period. When traveling in the Schengen area, you should always have a valid one residence card, important passport and a certificate of ownership health insurance.

Yes, if you have a residence card with a registered address - submit an application for card replacement due to a change of data included in the current residence card, i.e. address. The application for replacement of the residence card should be submitted within 14 days of changing the address of residence or other data entered in it. If you have a residence card without an address, the change of place of residence does not change the data contained in it, so there is no need to replace it.

If you have a temporary residence permit for the purpose of work, i.e. a specific employer has been specified in the decision, then "access to the labor marketresults from the obtained permit, i.e. you can legally work only for the employer indicated in the permit/decision and under the conditions specified therein. "Access to the labor market" in this case means the possibility of legal employment - in accordance with your permit, it does not mean that you have free and unlimited access to the labor market during the period of validity of the residence card.

No, unless the data on the residence card, e.g. surname, have not changed in the passport. If you have a new passport for a new name, submit an application for a replacement of the residence card.
