I run a business in Poland. Can I apply for a uniform temporary residence and work permit?

If you drive economic activityand you submit an application for a uniform temporary residence and work permit we will refuse to initiate proceedings. This follows from Art. 116 point 3 of the Act on foreigners, according to which, apart from the cases referred to in Art. 99, the initiation of proceedings on granting a temporary residence and work permit to a foreigner is refused if, on the day of submitting the application for this permit, the foreigner conducts business activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

In this situation, an application for residence due to running a business activity should be submitted.
