If the procedure for granting a temporary residence permit in Gdańsk (in the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office) is still ongoing, you should submit a declaration there about transferring the case in accordance with the jurisdiction due to the change of place of residence and purpose of stay. The application with documents will then be transferred from Gdańsk to Warsaw (to the Mazovian Voivodeship Office).
