The application can be submitted in person at the Customer Service Point of the Citizenship and Repatriation Branch only after prior appointment for a specific day and time via inPOL Foreigner Portal. The application can also be submitted to the Registry Office of the Department for Foreigners at ul. Marszałkowska 3/5 in Warsaw and at the Customer Service Point at pl. Bankowy 3/5 (General Chancellery of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw). Documents submitted to collection points are not verified and are not certified as true copies of the original.
