We have prepared the declaration based on a review carried out by the accessibility coordinator based on the Checklist for examining the digital accessibility of a website (Prepared by: Department of Information Society, Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Warsaw, 2021) and commonly available tools for automatic detection of certain digital accessibility errors.

If you are not satisfied with our actions, you can submit a complaint to the Provincial Sample Office. If you still have comments on our activities related to digital accessibility, you can report them to the Ombudsman.
