There are many institutions that offer support to Ukrainian citizens fleeing the armed conflict on Ukrainian territory. Not all of these institutions are trustworthy. We encourage you to use advice at points run by official organizations and institutions so as not to be deceived. Such a place is the Information and Advisory Point of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office.

The legal stay of Ukrainian citizens (and certain members of their families) who came to Poland in the period from February 24, 2022 in connection with military operations conducted in Ukraine will be extended until March 4, 2024, and in some cases until August 31 or On September 30, 2024, the act introducing the new provisions was adopted by the Sejm and awaits consideration by the Senate.
