Suspension of the deadlines for settling matters related to the legalization of stay

From January 1, 2023 to March 4, 2024, the deadlines for certain matters related to the legalization of the stay of foreigners conducted by voivodeship offices have been suspended. This solution does not result in suspension of proceedings. They will continue to be processed and new applications will be accepted.

In order to provide efficient customer service, please come to the office for your scheduled visit with confirmation of payment. At the same time, we would like to inform you that a service enabling payment of fees is available on the website of the Masovian Voivodeship Office. Find out more here.

We would like to inform you that due to the exhaustion of the subsidy granted to the Masovian Voivode in 2023 for the payment of cash benefits to holders of the Pole's Card, the issuance of decisions on the granting of a cash benefit to partially cover the costs of development and current maintenance in the Republic of Poland to the holder of the Pole's Card has ended.
